2.5hrs of online learning, 2.15hrs of in person skills check

No experience is needed. CPR classes are designed for beginners as well as those renewing their certifications.

You’ll learn how to recognize cardiac arrest, perform high-quality chest compressions, give rescue breaths, use an AED (automated external defibrillator), and assist choking victims. You will also learn skills to perform First Aid in an emergency situation.

Yes. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a digital American Red Cross CPR certification valid for 2 years.This will be inside of your red cross portal stored in the “my certifications tab”

Yes. Red Cross certifications are nationally recognized and accepted by most employers, schools, and organizations. Always check with your employer for their specific requirements.

Certifications are valid for 2 years. After that, you’ll need a renewal class or review session.

Yes. This is our main course offering. It requires all students to complete the 2.5hrs of online learning prior to coming to class.

We currently only offer in person classes for workplaces where we travel to them. Our public courses focus on the most in demand certification out there. The Adult/Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED BL Course.

Yes. We offer CPR, First Aid, and AED training together or as stand-alone courses depending on your needs.

Just yourself! All training materials and manikins are provided. Comfortable clothing is recommended since you’ll be practicing on the floor.

Yes. There is a hands-on skills evaluation, but no written test for student based courses.

Generally, participants must be at least 12–14 years old to earn certification. Infants are not permitted to be brought into the classroom out of respect for other participants.

We offer refunds up to 7 days before the course. All of our refund policies are stated in the terms of our ticket purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to our CPR MGR.

Yes. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.

There are no full refunds. You have the option to reschedule your course for $25.00.

No-shows can pay a $25 reschedule fee to register for another date.

Yes. There is a $25 reschedule fee.

No, all tickets and Red Cross learning links are specific to the email that person was registered under.

You may reschedule your in-person session within 60 days. Refunds are not issued once online access has been granted.

Per the Red Cross Guidelines you will not be admitted into the skills portion of class. You will need to reschedule and pay the $25 fee.

If we cancel a class due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the course at no additional cost.

Group training refunds follow the terms of the service contract. Typically, deposits are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be arranged. Rescheduling fees typically apply and are disclosed in the contract.

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. The time it takes to return to that payment method is also dependent on the bank or credit card the ticket was purchased with.
