Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the class. Requests made within 7 days of the scheduled date will not be approved for reimbursement.
Reschedule Policy
Rescheduling requests must be submitted prior to the class date. A $25 fee applies for changes requested within one week of the scheduled class.
- Each participant receives one reschedule opportunity
- The new class must be booked within 60 days of the original date

No-Show Policy
Those absent from their registered class will not receive refunds. No-shows may reschedule by paying the $25 rescheduling fee, with the new class scheduled within 60 days of the original date.
Cancelled Class Policy
Swan CPR may cancel any class. Participants receive either a full refund or a transfer to another date without additional charges.
Visitor Policy
Only registered participants may attend classroom training. Infants and children are prohibited from the training environment.
Registration for Minors
Parents or guardians registering minors must use the student's name and email. Certificates are issued directly to the student with their correct information. Guardians should attend check-in to introduce the student to the instructor.
